Will Bryan Design was hired to produce a cut paper stop motion animation for the South Carolina State Fair, the largest annual event in South Carolina attracting over a half-million attendees every year. Set pieces and characters are all hand-cut and laser-cut paper, brought to life through frame-by-frame hand-made stop motion using Dragonframe, a Canon 70D DSLR and a custom-made multi-layer glass table. The soundtrack is “Roller Coaster” by Lunch Money.
In addition to the animated commercial, Will Bryan Design used the cut-paper illustrations to create the web, outdoor and poster campaign. The campaign was awarded 3 Gold Addys and Best of Show in the AIGA InShow 21.
